We don’t operate our own factories — our role is to qualify the right producer for each category and manage everything between that producer and your port of entry. Here’s the process an order actually goes through.

Sourcing
Orders are placed against a vetted supplier for the relevant category — mill, farm, kitchen, or workshop, depending on what's being shipped.

Quality Check
Incoming stock is checked against the specification agreed with the buyer before it's cleared for packing.

Packing & Documentation
Goods are packed to export standard and matched against shipping, customs, and certification paperwork for that category.

Dispatch
Consignments move out on the schedule confirmed at order time, with tracking shared as it becomes available.
